As a (wedding) photographer, my greatest joy is capturing the real moments—the laughter, the tears, the quiet glances, and the electric joy—that make your day uniquely yours. I believe that every love story deserves to be told in its truest form, with warmth, intimacy, and a deep sense of connection. My role is to capture those fleeting, magical moments that you’ll want to relive again and again. When you look back through your photos in five, ten, or even twenty years, my hope is that you’ll feel transported right back to the emotions of that day, surrounded by love and beauty.
That’s why I founded BELLUCE—a name that marries ‘beauty’ and ‘light’—to follow that passion and create something truly personal and timeless for couples like you. My background in interior architecture, lighting design, and art direction helps me find the magic in every setting and detail, but it’s my love for people and real connection that guides my lens.
In every wedding, I look for the little, often-overlooked details that reveal who you are and how you feel. I’m not there just to take pretty photos; I’m there to tell your story authentically, with all its laughter, tears, and beautiful in-between moments. Every couple, every love story, is unique—and my goal is to capture the essence of yours in a way that feels true, honest, and timeless.

seeing, not looking.
I’m a very visual thinker: I sometimes find myself imagining image compositions even when I’m not taking photos; I can stare at the way the sunlight is casting shadows on a facade for what feels like forever. This playground of light, shadow and subject is what fascinates me the most. As a friend of mine once put it: it’s all about seeing, not looking. I think that’s a beautiful thing to tailor to the particular stories, people and emotions I’m capturing – none of them are like the other, and they all require full attention, respect and empathy. In order to be able to capture all of these unique stories – and as I’m German but based in the Netherlands – working internationally is something I really enjoy.
